Akrivi (Vicki) Maroulis

Executive Director

With over 25 years in healthcare, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to the field. Holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Thanatology, and an MBA with a Healthcare Concentration, my journey began as a Unit Secretary in a hospital Psych Unit, growing through various roles across healthcare.
Beyond my career, my greatest joy is family—my two sons, three grandchildren, and my two beloved dogs, Bear and Apollo. Dedicated to both professional excellence and personal connections, I’m honored to serve and support others.

Jessica Howell

Director of Sales & Marketing

Jessica may have been born on the Eastern Shore (Crisfield, MD) and grew up on Tangier Island, VA, but she considers Salisbury her home. She has worked in senior living for 20 years and started her career as an Admissions Associate. Through the years, she gained further experience in roles such as Long-Term Care Billing Specialist, Business Office Manager, Director of Admissions/Marketing and Clinical liaison. She knew senior living was where her heart was, so she then obtained her ALM certification. Jessica believes “working in sales is rewarding as it allows me to do what I love most, helping others in challenging situations.”  When not welcoming Residents to their new home, Jessica loves spending time with her husband, 3 children, 3 grandchildren and fur-babies. She enjoys traveling, fishing, the beach, roller coasters and cooking for family gatherings.

Chef Jefferson Radcliffe-Nelson

Director of Culinary Services

For the past 30 years, Chef Jefferson Radcliffe-Nelson has been perfecting and expanding upon his knowledge of culinary arts and sciences. His journey began long before attending Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. Living abroad in England as a small child opened his senses to different flavors and began to cultivate an excitement and passion for food. As a young man, he encountered more of the world by teaching baking and pastry at the Harry Lundeberg School for Seamanship and then later, as he sailed as a United States Merchant Marine. In 2000, Chef settled in Palm Springs, California and began his own company, offering his services as a private chef. From this experience, came an appreciation for the healing benefits of food. He learned how valuable the relationship between food and the body is and how it must be attended to and provided for since food is fuel for the body. Chef has been married for 25 years to his beautiful wife and has 3 children, 2 daughters and a son. Hobbies include Molecular Gastronomy and being a Drone Racing Pilot. His favorite quote is “Learn the rules as a professional to break them as an artist”, from Pablo Picasso.
